On March 16, the launch ceremony of the 2025 National Urban Joint Recruitment of College Graduates and the "Millions of Talents to the South Guangdong" spring large-scale comprehensive job fair was held at the Guangzhou Pazhou Canton Fair Exhibition Hall.

According to reports, the event is themed "Jobs will lead to the future, Guangdong gathers talents" and is the first large-scale recruitment event of the "Millions of Talents will gather in the South Guangdong" action plan. The event will adopt the "theme recruitment + science and technology innovation display + publicity and promotion + communication and interaction + comprehensive service" model, integrating talent service resources in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and 16 provinces and cities, and organizing more than 1,000 employers to negotiate and dock with college graduates, providing a total of more than 50,000 positions, covering semiconductors and integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, robots, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, low-altitude economy and other industries. The academic level is fully covered, including nearly 10,000 postdoctoral positions, and tens of thousands of high-quality positions are provided on site in well-known central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, leading scientific and technological innovation enterprises, specialized and specialized enterprises, universities, research institutes, etc. The event attracted nearly 2,000 universities and nearly 120,000 students from home and abroad to sign up.
