On the morning of February 6, local time in Spain, Chinese player Guo Jiaxuan was accidentally injured and fell into a coma during the teaching competition between the Beijing Men's U20 Football Team and the Spanish Alcovendas Club. Medical staff from both teams rushed into the site for on-site rescue as soon as possible. Then ambulances and helicopters arrived at the scene one after another. Local medical staff urgently rescued and were transferred to the local authoritative brain and neurologic hospital in Spain for treatment by rescue helicopters. After nearly 4 hours of full rescue efforts, the hospital diagnosed him with brain death.

According to local Spanish laws, local hospitals have the right to terminate treatment after a patient is diagnosed with brain death. In order to gain a glimmer of vitality, we always urge the hospital to continue to spare no effort to treat Jiaxuan, and coordinate domestic brain nerve experts to conduct remote online consultations with Western attending doctors. At noon on February 7, relevant responsible persons from the Chinese Embassy in Spain rushed to the hospital and expressed their strong willingness to continue treatment to the hospital, and actively coordinated the international S0S medical charter flight to transport it back to China for treatment. Jiaxuan arrived at the Spanish treatment hospital on the morning of February 8 local time to understand the treatment situation and participate in the treatment.

With the full coordination of the embassy, ​​Guoan Club and other parties, on February 10, the local hospital agreed to cooperate with the transfer back to China for treatment. On February 12, Beijing time, the international medical charter flight charter route has been approved, and all international medical charter flight transfer procedures have been completed. Jiaxuan will arrive in Beijing in the near future for treatment.
