On the morning of the 6th, the X8501 fast multimodal train loaded with 43 containers slowly departed from the Langfang Guangyang Freight Site of the Beijing Bureau of the National Railway, and is expected to arrive at Guangzhou Changping Station in more than 30 hours.

Zhang Wansheng, deputy director of the freight department of the Beijing Bureau of China Railway, introduced that the entire journey from Guangyang to Changping is 1,750 kilometers, the maximum speed can reach 120 kilometers per hour, the price is close to the market road transportation market pricing, and is basically the same as the road freight rate.

It is understood that the fast logistics demonstration train launched this time is run between major economic regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing, etc. There are 6 operating lines in total. All trains are container-organized to clarify the departure and arrival time of each train.
