Taking this medicine box packaging as an example, during the printing inkjet process, dust shakes off, flys into insects, and ink is affected, and there may be various defects on the packaging. Traditional production technology requires manual comparison to monitor defects. Optical technology 8k industrial cameras quickly capture every monitoring sample like eyes. The AI intelligent brain can recognize packaging defects on the production line running 13.3 meters per second through deep learning of the big model. The comparison calculations only take 8 milliseconds to find defects. It can predict monitoring, identify error warnings, and avoid waste after repeated copying.
At this exhibition, the advantages of fast speed, high accuracy and frictionless magnetic levitation technology were also applied in the printing field. Contactless printing transmission, noise-free, and accuracy can reach the ultimate level of the current industry.
The international market competitiveness of my country's printing industry is gradually increasing
The my country's printing industry has significantly improved its own science and technology and management level through the combination of introduction, digestion, absorption and independent innovation, and is entering the international market significantly. In 2024, the total import and export value of the three major categories of domestic printing industry - printing products, printing equipment and printing equipment - reached US$24.809 billion, an increase of 6% compared with the same period in 2023.
Among them, the export of printed materials was US$15.043 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4%; the export of printing equipment was US$3.687 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16%; the export of printing equipment was US$1.309 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15%. It is estimated that by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the main business revenue of my country's printing machinery industry will reach 75 billion yuan, reaching the economic operation range indicator of an average annual growth of 5% in the 14th Five-Year Plan of printing machinery.
