Now, more and more silver-haired people are also in love with the "leave you wherever you want". Compared with popular scenic spots, many elderly people choose to cross cities and provinces to pursue the traces of birds, and the bird watching economy in small towns is becoming more and more popular.
Mangba Village, Simao District, Pu'er, Yunnan Province is adjacent to the Nuozhadu Provincial Nature Reserve. On the ancient banyan tree beside the village, groups of cute parrots accompany the Blang villagers day and night all year round, and Mangba is therefore called "Parrot Village". The unique natural ecology has attracted many photography enthusiasts to check in.
In order to allow photography enthusiasts to shoot at a safe distance while avoiding the sun and wind, local villagers set up bird watching pans by their own terraces, which is affectionately called "bird pond" by bird friends. Early in the morning, accompanied by villagers, the bird friends came to the "bird pond" and quietly began to wait, capturing the wonderful moments.
In recent years, with the rise of bird watching tides, villagers in Mangba Village have begun to build homestays and farmhouses, and provide photography enthusiasts with accommodation, catering, ferry and other services. Middle-aged and elderly tourists come to the village to not only watch birds and take photos, but also enjoy slow rural life.
