CCTV News: According to Kunming Housing Provident Fund Management Center, in order to further improve the service of housing provident fund personal housing loans and better meet the rigid and improved housing needs of the contributor, the 5th Kunming Housing Provident Fund Management Committee has reviewed and approved by the 5th Kunming Housing Provident Fund Management Committee. The following notice is now for the adjustment of the age limit of housing provident fund personal housing loans:

If the contributor applies for a housing provident fund personal housing loan, the loan maturity date shall not exceed 5 years after the statutory retirement age, the male shall not exceed 68 years, and the female shall not exceed 63 years, and the loan term shall be up to 30 years.

This notice will be implemented from March 24, 2025. Loans signed by the "Housing Provident Fund Personal Housing Loan Borrowing Contract" before March 24, 2025 will be implemented in accordance with the original regulations.
