The "Plan" proposes that Zhejiang Province will improve the normal growth mechanism for workers' wages, achieve basically synchronized residents' disposable income and economic growth, and strive to create more than 1 million new urban jobs by 2025.
In terms of residents' burden reduction, the "Plan" focuses on issues such as heavy burden on key groups and "dare not to consume", and proposes four specific measures, including marriage and childbirth, excellent learning and education, medical insurance, and pension and assistance to the elderly. Another highlight in the "Plan" is to expand bulk consumption actions. Zhejiang will focus on stabilizing the basic basic consumption of automobiles and housing, and propose four specific measures, including housing consumption, automobile consumption, old-for-new, and equipment renewal, and implement policies such as "good house" pilot and support for automobile replacement and renewal. The replacement of home appliances will be expanded from 8 categories to 12 categories.
