It mainly includes: 2 food label standards such as "General Rules for Pre-packaged Food Labeling", 3 special dietary food standards such as "Infant Cereal Auxiliary Food", 4 food product standards such as "Fermented Milk", 3 production and operation standards such as "Sanitary Specifications for Produced Meat Products", 1 food-related product standard for "Disinant", 4 food nutritional fortifier quality specifications such as "Food Nutrition Fortifier Sodium Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetate", 4 food additive quality specifications such as "Food Additive Lutein", 29 inspection method standards such as "Determination of Antimony in Food", and 9 modification lists such as "Sterilized Milk".
The General Rules for Pre-packaged Food Labels released this time adds the labeling requirements for digital labels, effectively realizing the functions of food label information such as "audible", "playable", and "magnification", and effectively improving the consumer's experience of reading labels and the effectiveness of enterprises in transmitting food-related information through labels. The General Rules for Nutritional Labeling of Pre-packaged Foods are aimed at promoting nutritional health and protecting consumer rights, and optimized the nutritional labeling requirements. The General Rules for Infant Formula Food for Special Medical Purposes Improve the nutritional content requirements and add six major product categories, including fat metabolism abnormal formulas, to provide precise nutritional support for babies with special medical conditions. The standards of "Infant Cereal Auxiliary Foods" and "Infant Canned Auxiliary Foods" have expanded the product categories, adjusted the nutritional component indicators and the energy supply ratio of added sugars to better meet the nutritional and health needs of infants and young children. The "Disinant" standard has added new requirements such as principles and usage methods, which ensures safety in use while ensuring disinfection results. The No. 1 amendment form of "Sterilized Milk" clarifies the requirements for no longer using resilient milk to produce sterilized milk. 29 inspection method standards including "Determination of Antimony in Food" further improved the standard system of physical, chemical and microbial inspection methods.
